Shipping & Delivery

C3 takes every effort to supply each and every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service. All our parcels are delivered by Either DPD or DHL depending on location. DPD & DHL have an exceptionally and consistently high success rate for our deliveries and problems are very rare. In recognition of this, we have great deal of faith in their ability to ensure our customers orders arrive on time and in excellent condition.

These are the delivery service bookings which are now available for you to select at the point of ordering:

• Standard 9am-5.30pm working day delivery (Requested Delivery Date)
• Pre 12pm working day delivery (Requested Delivery Date)
• Pre 10.30am working day delivery (Requested Delivery Date)
• Saturday Pre12pm delivery (Guaranteed Delivery Date)

When you've placed your order, please check your emails for further confirmations. Once we have confirmed despatch please make arrangements to be available for the delivery to prevent delays. We will always aim to meet your Delivery Date but this is dependent on successful authorization of payment and stock availability and weather variables. "Next Working Day" delivery is Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 4.30pm on Monday should be received Tuesday, orders placed before 5pm Friday should be received Monday
