Data Recovery
All computers save their files onto a Hard Disk with spinning parts, and eventually the drive will fail. Most hard disks, just like cars, are guaranteed to last at least 3 years before something goes wrong.
Did you back up your files recently? Hopefully you did, and all you’ll need to do is have the drive replaced and get your programs installed again, but what if you didn’t have a backup?

- Hold down the power button until it turns off. This will ensure no further files are lost or damaged
- Do not turn your computer back on
- Phone us and let us know the problem, then bring the computer into one of our shops so we can start the Data Recovery process.
